Meet Dr. Ashley Bugai, Au.D.

Dr. Ashley Bugai is a compassionate and experienced Doctor of Audiology dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by hearing loss and auditory disorders. As both clinician and owner, she takes pride in providing personalized, evidence-based hearing care to every patient she serves.

Dr. Bugai earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences (2014) and her Doctor of Audiology (2018) from Arizona State University. She completed her clinical residency at the Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Healthcare System, where she gained extensive training in diagnostic hearing evaluations, rehabilitation, and complex auditory conditions.

Following her doctoral training, Dr. Bugai returned home to Mesa, Arizona, to begin her career in private practice. Her clinical expertise includes cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing devices, vestibular testing and treatment, and tinnitus management.

Dr. Bugai’s passion for audiology is deeply personal. At age seven, she experienced multiple ear infections that led to a perforated eardrum and several surgeries, resulting in mild hearing loss in her right ear. Her firsthand understanding of hearing challenges fuels her empathy, precision, and dedication to helping patients reconnect with the world around them through better hearing.

Born and raised in Arizona, Dr. Bugai is proud to serve her local community. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, watching movies and football, and doting on her beloved beagle.
