Dear Dennis: I can certainly appreciate the need to express displeasure with poor customer service, but I strongly believe that it is important to give a business a chance to make things "right". Tri-City Audiology has been under new ownership since 2011 and this is not the type of customer service that we are known for. I reviewed our chart notes in your file and found a few things that you mention that don't seem to be consistent with our notes. We haven't seen you since 2010, but would very much like your business again. Please contact our Mesa office and I can address your issues directly.
